One of the brands we represent, SURAPID Elevator Co., Ltd., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the NEW xi’ao Elevator Group, specializing in comprehensive elevator and escalator solutions.
NEW xi’ao Elevator Group ranks among China’s Top 500 Enterprises and is recognized as the country’s leading comprehensive elevator group, as well as the largest supplier of elevator and escalator components. In 1997, the group established a renowned joint venture with Otis in Hangzhou, China—Xizi Otis Elevator Company.
Key components such as traction machines, control systems, door operators, and safety devices are all manufactured in-house, ensuring the quality and reliability of our elevators and escalators.
Our headquarters is located in the Lin’an Industrial Development Zone in Hangzhou, covering an area of 200,000 square meters. The facility integrates a research institute in collaboration with Zhejiang University, an elevator R&D center, a 208-meter test tower, and a 50,000-square-meter modern manufacturing zone.
